Helping create the Gruffalo River Ride and themed bedrooms

Designing the loading bay of The Gruffalo River Ride at Chessington World of Adventures was a special honour for us, being both fans of Julia Donaldson's Gruffalo, and also the classic "Bubble Works" ride which was receiving the Gruffalo overlay.

We love bringing famous brands to life, so we aimed to create a friendly forest atmosphere to match the gorgeous style of the Gruffalo book illustrations by Axel Scheffler, bringing visitors into the world of the Gruffalo to experience it for themselves!

We also designed the Gruffalo themed bedrooms for the Azteca Hotel at Chessington World of Adventures, complete with all the characters from the story hidden around the room, and the Gruffalo peeping out through the trees!
